Terence E. Adderley
Kelly Services, Inc.

Terence E. Adderley is President and Chief Executive Officer of Kelly Services, Inc., an international provider of staffing services, with world headquarters in Troy, Michigan.

Adderley joined Kelly in 1958 as Manager of the Louisville Kentucky, office. He was named Vice President of the Company in 1961 and was elected to the Board of Directors in 1962. Adderley
was promoted to Executive Vice President in 1965, and in 1967 was named President.

Prior to joining Kelly, Adderley was employed in the Treasurer's Department at Standard Oil Company of New Jersey.

A native of Detroit, Michigan, Adderley received Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Michigan.

He is a member of the Visiting Committee, Graduate School of Business Administration -- University of Michigan and the Economic Club of Detroit.

Adderley is on the Board of Directors of Kelly Services, as well as Detroit Edison Company, First Chicago NBD Corporation, Auburn-Cord-Dusenberg Museum, the Cranbrook Institute of Science, the Detroit Renaissance Board and the Detroit Symphony Orchestra.

In 1992, the Michigan Women's Studies Association honored Adderley with the Philip A. Hart Award for developing and implementing unique programs to recruit and retain some of the best
and brightest women in the nation's workforce. In addition, Adderley was recognized by Operation Able of Michigan in 1993 for his leadership in developing and promoting employment opportunities
for older individuals.
